4. Fill out and mail forms to:

If a vessel is listed with a broker and the donor decides to have the broker act as his representative, Reynolds Park will pay a fair and mutually agreed (left the “d” on agreed, because we think it’s correct, please verify) upon commission, based on fair market, for certain donations upon transfer of ownership
